Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts completed 26-of-45 passes for 298 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers, while running seven times for a team-high 20 yards and a score. He left the game briefly to be checked out in the blue medical tent, but he cleared concussion testing to finish up the game.
