
It was a roller coaster of emotions last week as we had to stress over the hot start of Eagles WR A.J. Brown through the super chalk hit of Tony Pollard, the late run of Panthers RB D’Onta Foreman and the Hail Mary miracle of the questionable chalk, D.J. Moore. Eventually, the pure domination of Titans RB Derrick Henry got us back on track, all the while Colts QB Sam Ehlinger struggled through his first career start and posted a measly seven-point game. If you managed to stay above the pack, congratulations! If not, better get over it quickly because we have yet another very challenging week ahead of us in DFS NFL.
Week nine is the first of the season with six teams that are on a bye week. Then, higher-powered offenses like the Eagles, Chiefs, Ravens and Saints are all off of the main slate, which dilutes the player pool even more. So, it is our job to navigate the rough and tumble waters of Colts/Patriots, Raiders/Jaguars and Rams/Buccaneers this week. Gross, I know.
