Dallas Cowboys DE Dorance Armstrong (ankle), OT Ty Nsekhe (illness) and DE Carlos Watkins (knee) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 3 versus the Philadelphia Eagles. S Donovan Wilson (groin) also did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful. WR Amari Cooper (rib) and WR Simi Fehoko (knee) each practiced for a second consecutive day Saturday, Sept. 25, and have been removed from the injury report.
