Texas Christian QB Max Duggan was the ‘most impressive’ quarterback at the Senior Bowl, according to Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, and head coach Mike McCarthy praised Duggan. ‘I just love the way he plays,’ McCarthy said. ‘In the games I saw, you’re never out of the game with Max.’
