Indianapolis Colts TE Drew Ogletree was arrested Friday, Dec. 29, and charged with domestic battery committed in physical presence of a child less than 16 and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, according to Indiana records. The charges are felonies stemming from a domestic disturbance on Tuesday, Dec. 26, when Ogletree pushed a female victim to the ground. Avon Police Department officers found the victim unable to move and in pain after claiming that she had been ‘body slammed,’ according to a probable cause affidavit. She was taken to a local hospital, where police took photographs of swelling on the victim’s back. Hendricks County jail records show that bond has not yet been posted.
