Updating a previous report, Kansas City Chiefs WR Justyn Ross was placed on the Commissioner Exempt List on Friday, Oct. 27, following his arrest earlier in the week. Ross has been charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and misdemeanor property damage but pled not guilty on both charges.
