Kansas City Chiefs LB Anthony Hitchens could be activated off of the COVID-19 reserve list in time to play in the team’s Week 16 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons since he was designated a close-contact risk and did not test positive, according to the NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
