Arizona Cardinals CB Byron Murphy (back) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Dec. 24. Also, DL Michael Dogbe was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster, and WR Pharoh Cooper and CB Nate Hairston were elevated from the practice squad to the active roster.
