The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could trade for San Francisco 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo and would be able to absorb his $25.5 million charge against the salary cap through restructuring existing deals, including his own. The 49ers may not want to trade him to a competitor in the same conference, and Garoppolo’s recent struggles in the postseason could be another hurdle.
