Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon had the charge of aggravated menacing dismissed by a judge in Hamilton County court Friday, Feb. 3. The prosecutor asked for a dismissal to allow for further investigation. The prosecutor also noted that the charge could be refiled in the future.
