San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (calf) confirmed he played in the team’s NFC Divisional Round game against the Dallas Cowboys despite dealing with a calf injury. He also told reporters ‘nothing bad, all good’ in terms of where he stands with the injury and his prospects for playing in the NFC Championship against the Philadelphia Eagles.
‘I was fighting but made it through – made it through great,’ McCaffrey said after the game.
