Updating a previous report, San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy (elbow) is believed to have suffered an ulnar collateral ligament during the NFC Championship Game against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to sources. He’ll undergo an MRI on Monday, Jan. 30. The team is hopeful the ligament is not ruptured, as it would only be a six-week recovery period.
