Denver Broncos defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson could miss 4-6 weeks with a dislocated hip.
Vickerson was injured Sunday at New England. Head coach Jack Del Rio said Monday tests were not yet complete, but multiple reports point to an absence that could stretch through the end of the regular season.
Vickerson, in his ninth season, signed a two-year deal to stay with the Broncos in the offseason. In 2012, he took a significant pay cut to remain in Denver.
Terrance Knighton, Mitch Unrein and rookie Sylvester Williams will all see more playing time in Vickerson's absence.
