Here are the results of the 12-team PPR 3rd round reversal NFFC 20-round draft I participated in last night in New York City.
I was pretty pleased with the draft and felt I was generally ahead of the curve. While I did have to pay a premium for some players early, I did get solid value for others later. In a high-stakes draft, you have to be very proactive and draft players you like 1-2 rounds earlier than their ADP.

I’m not a big fan of the 3rd round reversal when you’re picking at the top of round one. So 1 pick after I made my second pick, 23rd overall, round 2 ended and round 3 started with the team that drafted 12th. In a normal draft, I would have had a crack at either Julius Thomas, Andre Ellington, Shane Vereen, Roddy White, or Keenan Allen. I would have taken a WR there, most likely Allen (although I do love Roddy). That made me use my third and fourth picks on Michael Floyd and Cordarrelle Patterson. I felt fortunate to get those two, but it would have been nice to get a crack at Allen. [...]
