I gotta tell you, I’m really frustrated with the weather this year. I used to be the guy who said weather concerns were overrated, and I did so because I’ve seen it be so time and time again. But this year, the weather wreaked some serious havoc on fantasy production. Maybe it’s Global Warming or something, I don’t know.
But most disgusting to me was how, when I felt like the weather would be a detriment, it usually wasn’t and vice versa.
Hell, had I known the weather in Green Bay last week was going to be as bad as it was, I would have definitely pulled back on the (especially passing game) numbers for the Packers and Seahawks. Of course, I would have been WRONG, since the teams combined for 62 points, and the score was, incredibly, 28-17 at halftime (see, this is why I’ve always felt the weather was overrated in many cases).
I think I may be cursed when it comes to the weather, so you might want to pull the old George Costanza opposite theory if you see us adjust our analysis based on the weather. Maybe I’ve being too hard on myself; maybe the only thing harder than [...]
