Fantasy Guru Daily: 3/31/11

Baseball fans are lucky enough to see their favorite teams and players back on the field today, but those of us in the football world continue to read court briefs as we wait for April 6th. In the meantime, pro days continue and draft boards are being accordingly.

Jake Locker's showed improved accuracy at the University of Washington pro day, but his Sweet Chin Music still needs some work.

Locker nearly perfect … during his pro day at the University of Washington. The former Husky starting QB completed 38 of 40 passes, including 35 in a row, showing improvement in his accuracy, an issue that’s been heavily scrutinized after he completed just over 55% of his passes as a senior. The general consensus is that Locker has shown improvement in each of his public outings from the Senior Bowl to the combine to yesterday’s pro day. Locker has worked with former NFL QB Ken O’Brien, who has helped the prospect improve his footwork and release. • 8/17 USA Today mock draft August 19, 2015
I did an expert mock draft for USA Today and their special fantasy preview publication that will hit newsstands next week. • 12-team PPR IDP Mock Draft results June 4, 2015
I have been buried since the NFL draft doing our post-draft work, 2015 projections, and more, so I didn’t get a chance to post a draft I participated in for most of May (slow draft). It’s for Athlon Sports’ fantasy magazine, so I can’t publish the entire draft. But here’s my team. This league stars 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 DT, 1 DL, 1 LB, 1 […]

It’s a great idea for the […]
