Cosell’s Film Room Report: An Update

When it comes to Greg Cosell’s weekly coaching tape notes, we know most of our subscribers feel that they’re among the most invaluable content we provide, and with good reason. It’s something that literally no other site out there can provide, and we’re proud of that fact and we thank Greg for it.

That’s why we’ve decided to make a change: Greg’s coaching tape articles no longer will be posted in the Staff Blog — instead, they’ll now play a prominent role in the subscriber homepage section of the site. You can check out the Week Two roundup here. The article, titled “Cosell’s Film Room,” can be found under the General Articles tab and also in the weekly content schedule. We’ll create a new page for every week, and then we’ll update the file when Greg sends in his daily musings.

Since this is such a unique part of what we offer, we wanted to make everyone aware of the switch.

    Bye bye fantasyguru.com. Have a good life.

  4. LOL says:

    Might as well shut down the site. The notes were the only thing worth reading, were not that good anyway. LOL at this decision. Will never be back.

    If this section is so great make it readily available, dont hide it behind logine screens, etc.

    It’s a smart move since people actually pay for the premium service, and I don’t know what other point there would be to paying for it.

    I would never pay for it however, and although I do appreciate Greg’s insight, it’s not something actually worth paying money for. It’s not that useful and that important. If I had lots of money to waste I still wouldn’t bother with it, but I don’t have money to just throw away so I’m even less interested. I guess that’s it for me for this site.

    @Zappo: Ditto…

    The only part of the site that was of any interest.
    Wilil miss your insight Greg … but Fantasyguru should have found another to generate revenue from the online traffic that YOU bring in (by far the best part of the site)

    Obviously the opinions of eight non-subscribers, anyone that subscribes to this site would agree that Cosell’s weekly articles are one of MANY must reads on the site each week. If you are a serious fantasy football player you are doing yourself a disservice by judging this site by the free content. Here’s just hoping my league opponents follow your lead and miss the value of the product Hanson and his boys put together.

    I found this website by accident and was really enjoying Cosell’s weekly football musings and now I have to pay for some something that should be free?!?! Yes, that’s how I feel about it. I think this service should be free. Reminds me of what ESPN does with it’s insider articles. Ridiculous! Anyhow, thank you for the couple of weeks it was free.

    I love the people who want everything for free. They’re the same people who complain about too much advertising. These people have been charging for their site for almost 20 years people! Pretty sure it’s worked out well for them!
