Dynasty League Players

Here’s an early list of upside players that I would want to build my fantasy teams with (some obvious, some not so obvious) over the next 2-5 years (in no particular order). Some of these players have not “arrived” yet, but are on their way to fantasy prominence based on their talent and situation. Some players who did well last season are not included because their situations aren’t looking as good (IE-Sidney Rice possibly without Brett Favre).

  • 12-Team Mock Draft Review May 10, 2012
I did another mock draft last night, this one for Lindys magazine, which will be on newsstands in roughly 6-8 weeks. I cannot post the whole draft, but I can quickly review my picks with some thoughts. As usual, I lost interest toward the end and stopped crossing guys off my list, but it was a pretty solid draft, nevertheless. This was a 12-team mock, non-PP […]

  • First Mock Draft of 2012 May 4, 2012
I am participating in my first 2012 mock draft today (for Rotowire Magazine), so I figured I would share my picks for those interested on the blog, while I am making them. This is a 14-teamer, which kind of stinks because I was really curious to see how a 12-teammer would go, but this will have to do for now. I’m still developing my Draft Plan for this year, […]

  • First look at 2012 SOS April 18, 2012
I do not know what would be a bigger mistake: to place a high priority on strength of schedule or to ignore it. There was a time when it was a huge factor, but with fewer shutdown defenses versus the run and the pass and with fewer “get well” defenses in the league right now, SOS can be an overrated element. However, SOS is still an element to consider, whic […]
