Week Four Reaches

Last week was strong as most of the listed reaches at RB and WR scored. Lets go
for it again in Week Four:

Quarterback

Jason Campbell vs. Tampa Bay – I had him here last week and he came
through so we’ll give it another try against a very bad defense that doesn’t
challenge any offense.

Eli Manning at Kansas City – The Giants face a defense which has no pass
rush. The only negative for Manning here is we wonder how much he’ll have to
throw, but when he does, he’ll have success. He’s worth a look if you’re hurting
because of byes.

Kerry Collins at Jacksonville – Have to think the Titan offensive line
has no trouble against the Jaguar front-four in this game. The Jaguars simply
have no pass rush, so Collins should be able to have success enough to be a
solid low-end starter for fantasy owners this week.

David Garrard vs. Tennessee – Titan starting CB Cortland Finnegan is not
expected to play and he’s the best player in their secondary. Garrard should
have decent success in this game in what could be a high-scoring game.

Running Back

Donald Brown vs. Seattle – Have to like this matchup against an injured
Seahawk D. Brown has been closing games and that should continue this [...]

  • 12-team PPR IDP Mock Draft results June 4, 2015
I have been buried since the NFL draft doing our post-draft work, 2015 projections, and more, so I didn’t get a chance to post a draft I participated in for most of May (slow draft). It’s for Athlon Sports’ fantasy magazine, so I can’t publish the entire draft. But here’s my team. This league stars 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 DT, 1 DL, 1 LB, 1 […]

  • First draft of the 2015 season April 14, 2015
Although it is disgustingly early for a 2015 fantasy football draft for most, we are closing in on the time of the year when a draft is at least viable. Free agency is basically over, so all we have to wait for now is the draft. I’ve also been intrigued with what our friends at myfantasyleague.com have been doing with their MFL10s. It’s a great idea for the […]

  • Week 17 storylines December 26, 2014
Here are the top stories I’m following for Week 17 Cleveland (7-8) at Baltimore (9-6) Brown QB situation. Brian Hoyer (right shoulder/biceps) did not practice Friday. Rookie Connor Shaw is set to start for them at Baltimore. Do they give Terrance West any snaps to evaluate him? He played 0 snaps last week. Does Josh Gordon do anything to leave us something t […]
