Week Three Reaches

Last week’s reaches did pretty well so I’ll try it again:

Quarterback

J.T. O’Sullivan vs. Detroit – The game is at home against one of the worst defenses in the NFL. I have to think JTO will throw for two TDs in this game and for well over 200 yards.

Jon Kitna at San Francisco – It could get ugly at times for him with some INTs, but he’s a good bet to throw at least two TDs and for well over 200 yards against a suspect 49er secondary.

Running Back

Julius Jones vs. St. Louis – He may have been a dog last year but it’s all about matchups and Jones has a great one again this week.

Sammy Morris vs. Miami – Even if Laurence Maroney plays, they should be up big in this game in the second half so Morris should be at least a solid #3 RB this week.

Fred Taylor at Indianapolis – He’s been quiet so far but the only thing the Jags can really do against the Colts is run the ball.

LenDale White vs. Houston – Have to think he’ll be heavily involved again when they get a lead. White should be a solid #3 RB this week.

Wide Receiver

Here are the top storylines I’ll be following in Week 11. Kansas City (7-3) at Oakland (0-10) Do the Raiders give more opportunities to Latavius Murray? His snaps and touches are on the rise and that’s expected to continue. Does Mychal Rivera continue to step up and produce for fantasy owners? If so, he’ll likely settle in as a weekly starter if he hasn’t al […]

Here are the top stories that I will be following in Week 10. Tennessee (2-6) at Baltimore (5-4) How does the RB situation behind Justin Forsett shake out? There’s some value in the #2 spot, but it’s a revolving door with Bernard Pierce and Lorenzo Taliaferro. Does Owen Daniels continue to be a large factor? He should because he’s a huge part of this passing […]

Here are the top stories I will be following in Week Nine of the NFL. Jacksonville (1-7) at Cincinnati (4-2) Can Denard Robinson continue to produce behind a bad OL? He’s been basically getting to the perimeter and popping off some longer runs, but he’s also run pretty well inside. He moves very well. Can Allen Robinson continue to produce? He just missed a […]
